Why work here

A quiet room, good internet, and work that actually lands somewhere.

We are a bilingual team in Colombia answering for real medical practices in the United States. Here is what that means for you day to day.

Work from home, in Colombia

No commute, no relocation, no visa. You work for U.S. medical practices from your own desk.

Your English is what gets you hired

You worked hard for it. Here it is not a line on your resume — it is the entire job, and it is what we pay for.

You get trained, not thrown in

Before your first live call you learn the practice, its providers, its scripts and its escalation rules. Nobody drops you on a live call and wishes you luck.

A team, not a call queue

You are assigned to the same practices every day. You learn their doctors, their patients, their rhythm — and they learn your name.

Room to move

Agents who do well move into authorizations, billing support and team lead roles. We would rather promote you than hire a stranger.

Open roles

Two positions open right now.

Both are fully remote. If you are not sure which fits you better, pick “Either one” in the form and we will figure it out together.

Open role

Bilingual Patient Care Agent

You are the voice patients hear when they call the practice. You answer in English or Spanish, you book the appointment, and you make sure nothing falls through.

What you would do

  • Answer inbound patient calls in English and Spanish, in the practice’s name
  • Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments
  • Take messages and route urgent calls following the practice’s protocol
  • Document every interaction in the practice’s system
  • Make outbound confirmation and recall calls

What we need from you

  • Strong spoken English — a patient should never have to ask you to repeat yourself
  • Native or fluent Spanish
  • Clear, calm phone presence — patients are often stressed
  • Comfortable working in several computer systems at once
  • Available for U.S. time-zone shifts — most of our accounts are daytime
  • Medical office experience is a plus, not a requirement

Open role

Prior Authorization Specialist

You keep procedures from being denied. You verify coverage, get the authorization approved, and catch the problem before it becomes a bill nobody can explain.

What you would do

  • Verify patient eligibility and benefits with U.S. payers
  • Submit prior authorization requests and follow up until resolved
  • Call insurance companies and document every outcome
  • Flag coverage problems before the date of service
  • Keep the practice updated on pending authorizations

What we need from you

  • Strong spoken English — you will spend the day on the phone with U.S. insurance representatives
  • Experience with insurance verification or prior authorizations
  • Detail-oriented — one wrong code costs the patient real money
  • Native or fluent Spanish
  • Available for U.S. business-hours shifts

What you need at home

Three things, and they are not negotiable.

Not because we are strict, but because a patient on the other end can tell. If you are missing something, say so in the form — sometimes it is fixable.

Reliable high-speed internetA wired connection is best. A dropped call when a patient is on the line is not something we can explain away.
A computer that worksWindows or Mac, able to run several browser tabs and the practice’s software at the same time.
A quiet, private spaceYou will handle protected health information. No background noise, and no one else able to overhear.
Hiring process

Four steps. No ghosting.

The second step is a real conversation in English. That is the step that decides most applications, so we are telling you up front instead of surprising you.

You will hear from us either way. Being left hanging after an interview is a miserable feeling and we do not do it.

You apply

Five minutes and your resume. That is it. We read every application.

English interview

A real conversation in English. Not a written test — we need to hear how you sound to a patient who is already worried.

A short scenario

We give you a realistic call and see how you handle it. No trick questions.

Training and go live

You learn the practice, the scripts and the protocols. Then you take your first call — with support on the line.

Questions

What people ask us before applying.

Our agents work from Colombia. You need a stable place to work from with good internet — the city does not matter.

Good enough to handle a full call with a worried patient without them noticing any effort. That is the honest bar. We verify it in a live conversation, not with a written test, because a written test tells us nothing about how you sound on the phone.

On purpose. If you are comfortable reading this, you are probably comfortable in the job. If it took effort, be honest with yourself before applying — the interview is a real conversation and there is nowhere to hide.

For the Patient Care Agent role, no. It helps, but we train you on the practice, the scripts and the systems before your first live call. For the Prior Authorization Specialist role, we do need someone who has worked with payers before.

Most of our accounts run during U.S. business hours, and U.S. Eastern time is close to Colombian time — so for the majority of our agents these are normal daytime hours. Tell us your availability in the form and we will be straight with you about what is actually open.

It goes to our hiring inbox and is used only to evaluate you for these roles. We do not sell it, share it or add you to marketing lists.

Yes, which is why every agent completes HIPAA privacy and security training and signs a confidentiality agreement before taking a single call. If that sounds serious, it is — and it is a big part of why practices trust us.

Apply

Five minutes and your resume.

Be honest about your English level and your availability. It saves everybody time, including you — and we find out in the interview anyway.

Be honest. We verify this in a live conversation, and it is better for both of us to find out now.

Shifts follow U.S. Eastern time, which is close to Colombian time — most of our accounts are daytime. Pick every one you could realistically work.
